Admiral Kelly is a minor character in the 1997 James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies. He was played by Michael Byrne.
Film biography
Admiral Kelly was the commander of HMS Bedford. He and the royal fleet want to strike back to China for the HMS Devonshire. But Bond made Carver's stealth boat visible and slow. He talked with the Chinese government and got green way to destroy the stealth boat. Than they kept friring it. After the boat exploded they started to search Bond and Wai Lin. But they stayed in the night in each other's arm.
