The flag of Afghanistan
The finale of The Living Daylights is set in Afghanistan where Bond escapes from a Soviet air force base, joins the mujahadeen, takes control of a Soviet aircraft and crashes it in Pakistan. Bond's Nemesis from the film Octopussy, Kamal Khan is from Afghanistan, but was exiled after the Soviet invasion.
