Alvarez is a minor character in the 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill. He was portrayed by Gerardo Albarrán.
Film biography
Alvarez is seen in the pre-title sequence. Franz Sanchez flies to Florida, where he catches Lupe Lamora in bed with him. Sanchez orders to cut out his heart and give to her mistress, and he personally whips Lamora with a manta ray tail for her infidelity.
