Dr. Julius No is a fictional character and the main antagonist in the 1958 James Bondnovel and 1962 film Dr. No. He was portrayed by actor Joseph Wiseman in the 1962 film adaptation, where he was the first James Bond villain to appear in the EON Productions film series. The character subsequently appeared in several James Bond video-games (most notably GoldenEye: Rogue Agent), as well as the 1991-92 spin-off series James Bond Jr.. The latter version differs a lot from his film counterpart, with green skin and cybernetic hands.
Dr. Julius No most notably debuts in the 1962 film Dr. No. He is the main antagonist, who is a recluse that hides in Crab Key, a small island in Jamaica. When several henchmen of his fail to kill James Bond, he sends Professor Dent to silence him. when he fails, 007 goes to Crab Key to find him. After being captured, No consults Bond, but when he refuses an offer to join S.P.E.C.T.R.E., No gets rid of him by throwing him into a cell. then when Bond breaks out, he causes a corruption in the reactor room. after Bond puts the reactor into danger mode, No goes to turn it off himself. But, when Bond and him fall onto the reactor, No, with terrible dexterity from his robotic hands, slides to his doom into boiling water around the reactor.
