Raphael Raphael was an assassin in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. He was portrayed by Terence Mountain. On the pre-title sequence, Bond stops Tracy from killing herself. After Raphael and another assassin surprise the pair and separate them - Bond being led away at gunpoint and the woman at knifepoint. In short order, Bond gains the advantage and defeats them — trapping Raphael under a boat and snaring the other in a fishing net.
18736-14100 Manuel is a minor character in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. He was portrayed by Brian Worth. He is the manager of the hotel where Bond and Tracy met again. He is a very helpful man and give the best of his guests.
Hammond Chief Petty Officer Hammond was M's Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Navy, who followed him into retirement serving as his butler. Hammond served as a Chief Petty Officer in the Royal Navy with M until following M into retirement after he resigned to head MI6. He serves as the butler of M's private residence, Quarterdeck. After James Bond had discovered intel on the whereabouts of Ernst Stavro Blofeld he drove to Quarterdeck to inform M of his findings. Hammond greeted Commander Bond at the front door and showed him through to his former Admiral.
Adjoint Phidian was the adjoint to Sir Hilary Bray in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. He was portrayed by Brian Grellis. Phidian was present when James Bond meets Hilary Bray, though he leaves the room when their talk starts.


Originally, Phidian was supposed to be a spy appointed by Ernst Stavro Blofeld to spy on the College of Arms. He gives Hilary Bray a small, winged statue as a thank-you gift for his employment, which Bond takes notice of. After inspecting it, he notices a microphone built into the bottom. Realising that Phidian is to blame for this, he and Bray head upstairs to Phidian's office, who escapes through a window. Bond chases the spy across the rooftops, eventually ending up at the underground postal train system. After a fight, Phidian is knocked into the path of an oncoming mail train, killing him.

So as not to make Blofeld realise that MI6 is onto him, Bond stages a rush-hour train crash using some bodies from the mortuary, including Phidian's, so that the press report on it. This can be seen on Shaun Campbell's newspaper as Bond arrives in the Swiss alps.

Strangled SPECTRE skier The Strangled SPECTRE skier is an unnamed SPECTRE agent who appears briefly in the 1969 James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. The Strangled SPECTRE skier was portrayed by stuntman George Leech. Bond manages to escape Piz Gloria and proceeds to ski down the mountain. Blofeld and his men pursue Bond, splitting into groups. One group, led by Grunther almost catches Bond, but two of the men crash into trees. After Bond knocks one henchman over the cliff, he blindsides the next one by hitting him with his one remaining ski. The men fight, but Bond pins the man down, starting to strangle him. The man breaks free but Bond manages to punch him in the face, stunning him again, allowing Bond to toss the man over the cliff.

Stuntman George Leech, who played Strangled SPECTRE skier, also makes severals appearances in the James Bond films with Henchman Shark Victim in For Your Eyes Only as his last.

Bunt's Driver - Profile Bunt's Driver is an unnamed henchman in the 1969 James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service and serves as the driver of Irma Bunt's Mercedes-Benz W111 during the village chase sequence. He was portrayed by Reg Harding. Bunt's driver is one of three thugs, the other two being Braun and fellow thug Felsen, who are involved in pursuing Bond after his escape from Piz Gloria. After driving Bunt to the Swiss village of Lauterbrunnen, he remains in the car and spots Bond and Tracy escaping in her vehicle. Realizing that 007 has evaded them, the thugs return to their car and set off in pursuit, almost killing the spy as he attempts to use a phone-box to communicate with London. In an attempt to evade them, Bond and Tracy veer into the middle of a stock car race. As expected, Bunt and her men follow and carnage ensues. Eventually Bunt's driver loses control of the car and hits the crash barriers before being toppled. The vehicle's occupants are forced to abandon the burning car before it explodes. Although he survives he is not seen again.

He was a member of the team that took Bond to Draco. Next he seen in Draco's birthday party. He was there when Bond joined Draco and his Union Corse henchmen in a mercenary helicopter assault on Piz Gloria, in hopes of destroying the facility and rescuing Tracy. Last seen as a guest in Bond and Tracy's wedding. Kleff is most probably portrayed by Bill Morgan and Takis Emmanuel but some peoples have thought that was Terence Mountain, who played Raphael in the same film.

He was a member of the team that took Bond to Draco. Next he seen in Draco's birthday party. He was there when Bond joined Draco and his Union Corse henchmen in a mercenary helicopter assault on Piz Gloria, in hopes of destroying the facility and rescuing Tracy. He was last seen as a guest in Bond and Tracy's wedding.

Che-Che Che-Che is one of Draco's thugs in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. He was portrayed by Irvin Allen. He was first seen when he attacked Bond in Tracy's hotel room in Monte Carlo. He was beat by Bond. Later, he listened the conversation of Bond and Tracy. He was also a member of the team that took Bond to Draco the next day. He was there when Bond joined Draco and his Union Corse henchmen in a mercenary helicopter assault on Piz Gloria, in hopes of destroying the facility and rescuing Tracy. Also, Che-Che is seen using a flamethrower during the raid. He was last seen as a guest in Bond and Tracy's wedding.
5179-14100 Helen is the Scandinavian patient of Blofeld in the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. She was portrayed by Julie Ege. She first appears when Bond, posing as genealogist Sir Hilary Bray, visits Blofeld's allergy research institute high in the Swiss Alps of Piz Gloria. Although all the women at the institute take a liking to Bond. She is one of the Angels of Death. At the end, Bond destroys the facility and warns M about the attack planted in the minds of the women, Blofeld's plan is inactive. The future of Helen is unknown, but she was most likely approached by authorities and snapped out of her trance.
