Hector is one of Dr. Kananga's henchman. When Bond escaped the croc farm with a boat, Tee Hee sent Adam, Hector, Evans and other henchmen to chase 007. When Bond jumped threw the road, he crashed with J.W. Pepper's car with his boat. After he escaped. His fate is unknown.
