Jeff is a character in the 1985 film A View to a Kill.
Film biography
Jeff is the receptionist of the San Francisco City Hall. He first seen when Stacey and Bond go to the City Hall investigating about Zorin's plan. Zorin captured both, shot Howe (Stacey's boss) and burn down the office. When Zorin go out the building he passes Jeff's dead body on his desk.
