Joe Don Baker (born February 12, 1936), is an American film actor from Groesbeck, Texas. He has played many Bond roles over the years, like villan Brad Whitaker in The Living Daylights as well as Jack Wade, a CIA agent, in both GoldenEye and a brief cameo as Wade in Tomorrow Never Dies.

Baker is thus one of only three actors to portray both a Bond ally and a villain. The two others being Charles Gray who appeared as Henderson in You Only Live Twice and as Ernst Stavro Blofeld in Diamonds Are Forever and Walter Gotell who appeared as Morzeny, the Spectre Island trainer in From Russia with Love and General Gogol, head of the KGB on six occasions.
