Unnamed in the 2008 James Bond film Quantum of Solace, the minor character was a fictional MI6 intelligence operative and was portrayed by British actor Mark Wakeling. The character was subsequently named Kim Park and given a different likeness for the tie-in video game of the same name.
After evading pursuers, Bond delivers captured Quantum operative Mr. White to an MI6 safe house in Siena, Italy for interrogation. On arrival he is met by the unnamed operative and his colleague, who prepare White for interrogation by the head of the Secret Service, M; treating his wounds and hooking him to an IV drip. During the questioning, he stands to the left of M's bodyguard, Mitchell, who quickly reveals himself to be a Quantum agent and fatally shoots the unnamed operative in the chest.
In the video game adaptation of Quantum of Solace, Kim Park is listed as the Siena station security detail and is present during the interrogation of Mr. White regarding his organisation, Quantum. As in the film, Park is fatally shot by the traitorous Mitchell, who escapes into the maze of Roman cisterns underneath Siena.
