Maxwell is a fictional CIA agent who led by Felix Leiter in the 1971 James Bond film Diamonds Are Forever. A minor character, Maxwell is played by Burt Metcalf.
Film biography
He, Brad and another agent were in Circus Circus to keep an eye on Tiffany Case and the diamonds. But she escaped, thanks to Zambora's escape attempt.
After, Maxwell helped Bond to rescue Willard Whyte.
At the end, he helped Whyte and Felix to attack Blofeld's headquarters.
