I wanted to share my worries over political correctness and how its implementations into original film franchise or TV shows that consisted of no political correctness. The latest Star War films have received backlash from mainly audiences for including political correctness and SJW agendas killing off all of the old cast for diversity brownie points. I really don't want the 007 franchise going on the same bandwagon ever since all of the Bond films are politically incorrect and it should be kept that way for the series' run. This is because it could bring forth the destruction of the 007 franchise as a whole. There should be no gay or woman Bond just like in the Shapiro video I showed you. I hope producers have in mind that Bond should not be a woman or gay because that be hijacking a classical characters and certainly no political correctness since it could ruin the franchise as a whole.
The screenplay that Kevin McClory, Jack Whittignham, and Ian Fleming collaborated on in the Bahamas; Was it registered? My father seems to think otherwise hence it had no copyright value according to files the Circuit Courts had. Can you provide evidence to answer my question to clear up the confusion here. Thanks.
I was wondering if you have that one James Bond character still from 'Nightfire' where he appears to be in his fatigues/commando gear and dual-wielding a silenced P99 in his pose. It used to be the same picture that briefed about Bond's biography on EA's long gone Nightfire web-site that cannot be accessed to, now. I wonder if you have that one image around.
When I had edited Spectre(film) one day, I have saved my edit, but the reference list was gone from view. However once I had clicked the edit button, it pops right back. I tried solving this problem via classic editor, but to no avail. Please help me whenever you can. Thanks.
On the Villains wiki, I have restored an article, Adrian Malprave , I wondering if you can help expand it by knowing or researching her personality and appearance since the article as of now is considered a stub. Let me know.
regards from a fellow filmmaker in mexico. i'm developing a crowd funded/sourced hamlet film (and comic) and i ran into your post on the tassels nightclub . my story takes place in a stripclub and after days of search, the best image i can found is there. i'd love to use it, but not if it means infringing any copyright. care to tell me where you found it or how to request permision to use it?
i've enclosed how i plan to use it, if permission is acquired.
I can't speak to the copyright from the game developer/publisher's perspective, but Wikia's perspective is this is acceptable under the Creative Commons license (CC-BY-SA license) as long as one provides proper attribution and links back to the wiki. For more information, please see Wikia's official guidelines on copyright and third-party usage here.
I inform you that the user Victor La Rue has several times imported images from the French wiki James Bond which I am the administrator and without my permission. Some of these images like the one recently published on Giulietta da Vinci were created and imported by myself (I made screenshots of the film). I do not know if you can do anything about it (like deleting from this wiki the imported images on the page Giulietta or asking Victor La Rue to ask me permission first) but that would be good for me.
Yes, that is rather bad form Vrack. It would certainly be better if folks worked together and, preferably, asked permission. Could you both work this out amicably together, perhaps on Victor's wall? I suggest a compromise of an attribution back to the Fr site on the individual image pages, along with a fair-use attribution (as none of us, in the end, own the copyright to the screen-caps). For what its worth, if you need any graphics etc from this site to help synchronize the two wikis, you're welcome to utilize them. Naturally, there's going to be some cross-pollination, for example borrowing logos etc. Our wikis aren't in competition or anything; we're just two sides to the same coin - even the mobile app, to my knowledge, uses both sites' content.
I already told him about a comromise but he did not answer. I would like to do a real job and I understand that it is important for him to import images. I then proposed to import some images but not all those of a page of the French-language wikia as it did with Giulietta da Vinci, Elektra King and Dr. Julius No. I see that he has renamed the images of Giulietta da Vinci, no doubt to pretend that they are this.
