Mollaka was a fictional freelance terrorist and bomb maker. He appeared in the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale and was portrayed by French Freerunner Sébastian Foucan. The character would later appear in the video game adaption of Quantum of Solace, portrayed by Ike Amadi.
At the beginning of Casino Royale, Mollaka is attending a mongoose/snake fight in Madagascar, unaware that he is being shadowed by two MI6 operatives - Bond and Carter - who have been sent to apprehend him.
- Carter: "Looks like our man, burn scars on his face."
- James Bond: "Hmm. I wonder if bomb-makers are insured for things like that."

Carter mingles with the crowd while Bond watches from a short distance away. As the sound of the crowd drowns out Bond's voice, Carter fumbles with his ear piece; not hearing Bond's cries to put his hand down. Mollaka spots Carter and makes a run for it. Tripping over himself, Carter's weapon accidentally discharges and chaos ensues. With their cover blown, Bond leaves his position and runs off in pursuit of the fleeing Mollaka.
Bond chases him to a construction site, where an epic chase begins. Mollaka uses a combination of Parkour and Free Running when being chased. He kills a worker by kicking him off the building. He is followed by Bond to the Nambutu Embassy. There he is captured by Bond, before being confronted by the Embassy chief and guards. Held at gunpoint and ignoring his orders to take Mollaka alive, Bond shoots him along with a nearby gas cylinder. The resulting explosion allows Bond to escape with Mollaka's backpack.
