PR Lady is a fictional character in the James Bond film "Tomorrow Never Dies". She was an employee of Elliot Carver and is portrayed by Daphne Deckers.
Film biography
The PR Lady introduces Bond to Carver and announces to the guests about Carver's upcoming speech. After Bond, who's cover was blown by Carver's wife Paris, beaten up Stamper's men and shut down all the maintenance, she informs Carver, who was confused that they had just got off air and doesn't know why. Carver then tells her she is fired and tells her to get out.
