Samuel is a henchman in the 1979 movie Moonraker. He was played by S.Newton Anderson.
When Jaws was attacking Bond and Goodhead on the gondola in Rio, he knocked out the gondola technician and tried to help Jaws kill the two agents. Bond and Goodhead escasped with a chain and Jaws wanted to chase and hit them. Samuel increased the speed but suddenly they felt down and the gondola with Jaws crashed to the control room. It is unknown that Samuel escaped to the room or died.
