Sheikh Hosein is a fictional Egyptian Bedouin, MI6 intelligence informant and friend of James Bond. The character appears in EON Productions' 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me and was portrayed by actor Edward de Souza.

A friend from Bond's days at Cambridge University, Sheik Hosein lives the life of a Bedouin in the Egyptian desert but he also has ties to MI6. Hosein helps Bond locate the men behind the sale of megalomaniac Karl Stromberg submarine tracking system technology. He advises Bond to contact businessman Aziz Fekkesh and then businessman Max Kalba. Bond then stays for the night after being suggestively given a rosé by one of Hosein's wives.
