Sterling submachine gun
The Sterling L2A3 is a British submachine gun used in the British Army from 1953-1983. It is seen and used in the films You Only Live Twice, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Spy Who Loved Me and For Your Eyes Only. Its briefly seen in Thunderball ,The Living Daylights and Moonraker.

The Sterling L2A3 appeared in the films Thunderball, You Only Live TwiceOn Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker and For Your Eyes Only. In Thunderball, one of Largo's men is seen briefly holding one. In You Only Live Twice, it is used by Chinese hitmen during Bond's "death and during the battle between Tiger's ninjas and SPECTRE guards. In On Her Majesty's Secret Service its used by Bond and Draco's men during the battle at the Piz Gloria. In The Spy Who Loved Me the Sterling L2A3 is used by Bond, the crew of the three submarines and the Liparus crew during the battle inside the supertanker. In Moonraker one guard is holding one at the Moonraker launch base. In For Your Eyes Only two of Columbo's men is carrying Sterling L2A3. In The Living Daylights a soldier fires one at the stolen Landrover when the assassin crashes through his checkpoint.
