I think we need to decide what we're going to do with extras like this. The character isn't named 'Chancer', but our current naming scheme gives the impression that he is a named character. Personally, I'm not in favor of including every background extra and this character is pushing the limits of what we probably ought to be focusing on. Very little can be wrote about him and the profile images are consistently terrible for background characters (because they are never in frame). AndyTGD (talk) 10:23, September 3, 2016 (UTC)
