Bond in Batman?

I've heard rumors that former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton is being eyed to play Batman's butler Alfred in the new Batman & Superman team up film. I think that would be really cool, especially as in some of the comics Alfred is mentioned to have worked for the British secret service, so who better than a Bond actor for the part!
